Tate Modern

Tate modern is an art gallery housing contemporary arts with a collection of modern as well. It’s one of the largest of its kind in the world. It’s part of the Tate group with Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives. The former Bankside power station is now home for the museum since 2000 after a conversion process since 1995. The late Queen Elizabeth II inaugurated it.

The museum houses international arts which are split in gallery spaces. Temporary exhibitions are also in dedicated spaces. The earliest exhibited arts dates back from 1900. Arts from around the world are exhibited there. We can explore the development and innovations during the 20th Century.
